My Week 25 Maternity Workout Plan


A few of you have asked me to share with you my maternity fitness workouts, so here it is - each Monday I will post a workout schedule/plan for the new week. Please Note: These are exercises that work for me - you may have more or less stamina/energy than I do - trust your body and be smart about how much exercise you get!


I'm knocking on the door of my third trimester and that also means I am slowing down, just a tiny bit! Things that were once comfortable for me, like jogging, definitely are no longer comfortable.  I am to get physical activity in each day, although as you will see, it does not always include activity in the gym or at the pool!

  1. This is awesome!!! I'm 25 wks also so this will be perfect to keep me on track the remainder of the pregnancy. I've been doing 45-60 walking on treadmill every night with some arms/legs here and there. Nice to have a guide to go against:)
